Engagement

By submitting a project brief through this site, you request a quote for digital fabric sampling or visualization services. No engagement is confirmed until both parties agree on scope, timeline, and price in writing.

Turnaround estimates

Turnaround times quoted on this site (typically 5–7 working days per swatch) are estimates and may vary based on fabric complexity, order volume, and current studio capacity. Confirmed timelines are provided at project brief.

Physical swatches

Physical swatches sent to our studio remain your property. We handle them with reasonable care but are not liable for loss or damage in transit. Swatches are returned on request following project completion.

Intellectual property

Digital assets produced from your fabric swatches remain your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio only with your prior written consent.
